2、 Description of bone protein special spray drying equipment:
This production line is composed of multiple integrated systems, including the feeding system, medium circulation system, air heating and purification system, drying tower system, material receiving system, control system, etc. The main tower system integrates all the technologies of the current spray drying project, and the material collection system of the spray drying unit is composed of the primary cyclone separator+bag filter. The primary cyclone adopts a high volume and high efficiency cyclone for collection, with a powder collection rate of about 96%. The bag filter is an optimized equipment specifically designed for protein powder dust removal, which can completely separate and settle the material from the wind. The bag is a water repellent, oil resistant, and anti-static bag, with a filter mesh size of over 500 mesh.
