This series of containers is suitable for thick/thin mixing in the pharmaceutical industry. The tank body is equipped with interlayer, which can be heated and cooled. The inner surface is polished with electrolytic mirror. The head (cone) is spun and conforms to the GMP standard. The mixing device is sealed with sanitary mechanical seal. The container insulation is made of polyurethane or pearl cotton. The interface is made of international standard quick-loading clamp type, which is convenient and sanitary. The edge is spun and the outer surface is polished, sandblasted Various forms, such as frosting or cold-rolled primary color matte, enable the container to show its excellent quality at any place. The equipment is equipped with air breathing hole, CIP cleaning spray, mirror flange quick-opening manhole and other devices.
According to the different storage capacity, 1000-15000L storage tanks with storage capacity of more than 20000 are recommended to use outdoor storage tanks. The storage tanks are made of SUS304 stainless steel. According to the tank design requirements, the following devices can be attached: agitator, inlet and outlet, manhole, thermometer, liquid level indicator, high and low liquid level alarm holes, anti-fly and dust-proof breathing holes, and metering device.
