Working principle
The center screw and outer spiral belt are connected by a cycloidal pin wheel reducer and rotate at the same speed. During operation, the central screw lifts the mixed material from the bottom to the top, while the external spiral belt with high linear velocity lifts the material along the conical cylinder wall from bottom to top. Under the action of centrifugal force, the two movements throw the material into space along the tangent direction, generating strong convective shear and diffusion of the material, thus achieving the goal of rapid mixing. (The screw can also be made into a reverse screw)
Equipment characteristics
It can be equipped with flying knives and spray atomization assembly to meet special process requirements.
The discharge valve has two modes: manual and pneumatic.
Special materials can increase motor power (heavy-duty)
Application scope
Used for mixing, reacting, drying, and cooling powders and powders (solid solid), powders and liquids (solid liquid), and liquids and liquids (liquid liquid) in chemical, medical, pesticide, dye, petroleum, metallurgy, building materials, etc. Especially suitable for mixing materials with significant differences in specific gravity and mixing ratios.
